ONE software runs only on Windows. The inverter must be connected to the PC with a USB cable only. Make sure no other software is started, close all other applications that may conflict with IMEON OS. ONE before starting the application. Make sure the USB cable is not damaged. Disconnect the RS232 cable if the inverter communicates with a Lithium battery.

  • Check if pressing any button activates the backlight of the LCD screen.

If the display does not switch on:

  • Disconnect all power sources Grid Connection, AC Backup Output, DC Battery and PV Input. Wait 15 minutes before connecting only the public grid to the Grid Connection socket. The display will switch on after 3 seconds.
