This application manages the connection of the Imeon smart solar inverter to the WiFi network. It is responsible for activation of the WiFi chip built into the inverter once the system has started and for retrieving the list of wireless networks available for connection.
But wait there’s more! Imeon inverters come equipped with a built-in webserver, which means that the inverters broadcast their own WiFi signal. After the system’s first startup one will notice that a new WiFi network with SSID: IMEON_serialnumber becomes available for connection. Upon connection, the inverter’s operating system OS. ONE becomes accessible remotely and what is more, if the inverter is connected to the internet via Ethernet or via WiFi, one can use IMEON’s own WiFi signal as a hotspot!
