If your IMEON solar inverter does not synchronize with the public electricity grid, ask your installer to check the following:
- Is the voltage and frequency of the public network within the standards applicable in your country? The applicable standards require, depending on the zone, that the inverter disconnects from the grid when the voltage (and / or frequency) goes out of a predefined range.
- Have the nodes of all the phases, neutral and earth been properly connected to the “Grid Connection” connector of the IMEON hybrid inverter? If this is not the case, ask your installer to rewire the connector.
- In the case of an installation with a three-phase IMEON inverter, has the phase rotation been taken into account? In other words is the phase L1 connected to L1 terminal (L2 to L2 terminal, L3 to L3 terminal) of the AC connector? If this is not the case, ask your installer to rewire the connector.
If, after checking the list above, the IMEON inverter still cannot synchronize with the public electricity distribution network, ask your installer to contact IMEON ENERGY technical support.
