The IMEON OS. ONE software runs only on Windows. The inverter must be connected to the PC with a USB cable only. Make sure no other software is started, close all other applications that may conflict with IMEON OS. ONE before starting the application. Make sure the USB cable is not damaged. Disconnect the RS232 cable if the inverter communicates with a Lithium battery.
